After a career in large companies such as Diageo, L’Oréal and Henkel, Stéphanie landed in Autogrill where she specialized in food, managing up to 165 restaurants in Italy and abroad, winning awards for the concepts created.
After her management career, she decided to create her own consulting agency, Concept & Co.
Her multi-discipline experience in concept development and project management in distribution, hospitality and retail gives her strong skills in developing concepts in Italy and worldwide.
Loni is an entrepreneur with over a 30-year track record. He has focused his career on the intersection of hospitality and fashion having set up and developed both retail and online numerous stores and concepts, ranging from FMCG to fashion.
In the past 15 years, Loni expanded his interests in the hospitality and food landscapes, creating food and beverage concepts and innovative solutions.
As a consultant, Loni has helped local and international chains, such as Feltrinelli and 12oz Coffee Joint, as well as single outlets with process engineering and cost optimization.
